Qatar National Dialogue on Climate Change (QNDCC) is an event aimed at addressing climate change and promoting sustainable development. By bringing together government officials, industry leaders, environmental experts, and civil society representatives, QNDCC serves as a platform for shaping national and international climate policies, highlighting the importance of international cooperation in addressing climate challenges.
In its fourth edition, QNDCC is co-hosted by the Earthna Center for a Sustainable Future, a member of Qatar Foundation, and the Ministry of Environment and Climate Change, in collaboration with the German Embassy and the German Industry & Commerce Office in Doha (AHK Qatar). This collaboration aims to strengthen bilateral relations and create synergies in sustainability, drawing upon diverse expertise and resources to drive meaningful global climate action.
QNDCC 2024 is proud to have QNB as a strategic partner for the second consecutive year, with Al-Attiyah Foundation as the knowledge partner and DHL Express Qatar as the logistics partner.
This year’s dialogue, taking place on October 1-2, 2024, at the Qatar National Convention Center (QNCC), will focus on key topics, including climate adaptation strategies in Qatar, eco-tourism and nature-based solutions, the outcomes of COP28 and the pathway to COP29 in Baku, as well as carbon management.
